What are we testing?
We are not advertising a cohousing project, a property or an existing community. We are testing whether enough compatible people would seriously consider Hammamet and whether some would be open to meeting before a physical project exists.

The Common Years hypothesis starts with private homes, independence and chosen connections — not a care-home model.
If the signal is real, it can help reveal what kind of network, existing place, project or partner would make sense to explore.
IF THE SIGNAL GROWS
From interest to something real, without promising what does not exist.
Interest, timing and preferred community style.
If a small compatible group emerges, any introduction requires consent.
